Acceptance
By creating an account or using LP Official you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.
Your account
You're responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to send spam, or to violate the advertising policies of Google, Meta, Microsoft, or other networks. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the landing pages and claims you publish.
Your content & leads
You retain ownership of your content and the leads your pages collect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service. You are the data controller for your leads and are responsible for honoring the privacy commitments you make to your visitors.
Availability & changes
The service is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
